Futefy respects the intellectual property rights of creators, copyright owners, brands, photographers, designers, and other rights holders. We expect everyone who contributes content to or interacts with our website (futefy.com) to respect applicable copyright laws. This DMCA Policy explains how copyright owners or their authorized representatives can report material that they reasonably believe infringes their copyright and how Futefy may respond to properly submitted notices under Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c).

1. Purpose of This DMCA Policy

This policy provides a structured process for copyright owners and authorized representatives to notify Futefy about content on our website that they believe infringes their exclusive copyright rights.

Our goal is to provide an efficient and practical method for identifying potentially infringing material while allowing sufficient information for the complaint to be investigated and resolved appropriately.

This policy is strictly intended to address copyright-related complaints under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Other intellectual property concerns, including trademark or brand-related disputes, are handled under our separate Intellectual Property Claim policy.

2. What Is Copyright Infringement?

Copyright protects original works of authorship fixed in a tangible medium of expression. Examples may include commercial product photographs, original illustrations, written descriptions, artwork, graphics, videos, and website layout elements.

A copyright concern arises when protected creative material is copied, adapted, distributed, publicly displayed, or otherwise reproduced without express permission from the copyright holder or without a recognized legal defense such as fair use.

3. Who May Submit a DMCA Notice

A formal DMCA takedown notice must be submitted by the copyright owner or an individual or organization legally authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

If you are submitting a notice on behalf of another entity, creator, or rights holder, please state your relationship and provide documentation demonstrating your legal authority to represent them. Notices submitted by unauthorized third parties cannot be processed.

4. Required Elements of a DMCA Notice

To comply with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a notification of claimed infringement must be a written communication that includes the following:

Copyrighted Work	A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including registration details or reference links if applicable.
Infringing Material	A clear description of the material on futefy.com that you claim is infringing your rights.
Location / URL	The specific URL(s) on futefy.com where the disputed content is actively hosted.
Contact Information	Your full legal name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
Good-Faith Statement	A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy Statement	A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Physical / Electronic Signature	A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

5. Identification of the Disputed Content

A valid review requires our team to locate the disputed material directly. Please provide the exact URL of the specific product page, image link, or text block.

Screenshots, reference numbers, or attachments are welcome as supporting evidence, but they should supplement rather than replace exact web page URLs.

6. Good-Faith & Legal Responsibility

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including court costs and attorneys' fees.

Please Note: DMCA notices must only be submitted when you possess a bona fide, legitimate copyright claim. Baseless or fraudulent notices submitted to stifle competitive marketplace activity will be rejected.

7. Review & Takedown Procedure

Upon receiving a compliant DMCA takedown notification, Futefy will:

Promptly review the notice for statutory compliance.
Expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Take reasonable steps to notify the party responsible for posting the affected material.
Provide the affected user with a copy of the notification so they may consider filing a counter-notification.

8. Counter-Notification Procedure

If your content was removed or access was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a written counter-notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

The counter-notification must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the URL where it previously appeared.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Illinois if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, Futefy will forward it to the original claimant. If the claimant does not initiate court action within 10–14 business days, the removed material may be restored at our discretion.

9. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws, Futefy maintains a strict policy of terminating user accounts, vendor relations, or access privileges for individuals who are identified as repeat infringers.
